At Murci, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items must be in their original condition, free of makeup, perfume, or signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
